The Chef de Partie is responsible for, accountable for, and in charge of all aspects of the restaurant’s kitchen
operations. Taking ownership and ensuring all standards and business targets are met and exceeded.

To ensure the Culinary Operational standards are driven and exceeded in every task undertaken. To lead, inspire and develop teams under their direct supervision, to create excellence, and to ensure guests total satisfaction with all services provided.


  • Ensures the Divisional operational standards are consistently adhered to.
  • Helps with the Club’s menu development.
  • Document trainings and staff succession planning.
  • Excellent guest interactions.
  • Provides timely feedback for improvements.
  • Strict enforcement of all hygiene policies & practices.
  • Consistently exceeds guest satisfaction goals.


  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Chef de Partie
  • Knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines
  • Can communicate and write in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and enjoy challenges
  • Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
  • Willing to work in Makati City
