Front Office Supervisor

Assists the Front Office Manager in the monitoring of Front Office Associates and ensures that
employees adhere to Front Office policies and procedures; manages guest complaints; takes appropriate
actions when needed; and submits reports to the FO Manager in a timely manner.


  • Ensures that each guests receives high quality service.
  • Ability to respond to all calls and emails professionally.
  • Meets and greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.


  • To work cooperatively with other departments.


  • Promote and support events, new offers and amenities of the Hotel to contribute to its
    operational success.
  • Assists in handling the concerns and questions of member/guest.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel
    Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
